Please note: During sales or promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and promise it’s worth the wait!.

Because our products are freshly baked and perishable, we do not accept returns once an item has been delivered.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us! If you receive the wrong item, a damaged order, or are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

We’ll gladly offer:

  • A replacement for incorrect or damaged items.

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the issue.

  • A store credit for future orders if preferred.
